Privacy policy

Quikpair ERP is billing, order and stock software for shops, run by Quikpair. It is used through our website, the Quikpair ERP Android app and the Quikpair ERP desktop app. This policy explains what data we hold, why, and the choices you have. Questions: adaminnovationsin@gmail.com.
Who this covers
Quikpair ERP is used by businesses (our customers) and the staff they add. Each business decides what it records — for example its own customers and suppliers — and is responsible for that data. We store and process it on the business's behalf, only to run the service for it.
What we collect
- Account details of the business and its staff: name, username, email address, phone number, role and the branches they work in.
- Business records the business enters: products and prices, bills, orders, payments, stock, purchases, expenses, and the names, phone numbers, addresses and tax numbers (such as GSTIN) of its customers and suppliers.
- Sign-in and device data: cookies that keep you signed in, and for shop PCs and tablets registered to a business, a device name and when it was last seen.
- Server logs: IP address, time and the page or action requested, kept for security and to fix problems.
The Android app asks for no permissions other than internet access. It does not read your contacts, photos, files or location. On the website, the optional field-sales screens can use your browser's location to show nearby customers, only while you have them open and only if you allow it.
We do not show ads, we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell data.
How we use it
- To provide the service: sign you in, save and show your records, print and share bills, and keep your devices in sync.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent misuse and investigate problems.
- To support you when you contact us, and to tell you about changes to the service.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping tax records.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Data is stored in databases run by Supabase (in India, Mumbai region) and on servers we operate, and is delivered through Cloudflare. These providers handle data only to run the service for us. A shop that uses the desktop app also keeps a copy of its data on its own PC.
Inside a business, staff see only what their role allows. Quikpair staff access a business's data only to support it or to keep the service running, and such access is logged.
We share data with others only when a business chooses to (for example by sending a bill or statement link on WhatsApp) or when the law requires it.
Security
All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are never stored in readable form. Access is controlled by roles and permissions, and important actions are recorded in an audit log.
How long we keep data
We keep a business's data while its account is active. When a business closes its account, we delete its data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep for longer (for example tax invoices).
Your choices and deleting your account
Staff can ask their business's administrator to correct or remove their details. A business can export its records, and can ask us to close its account and delete its data.
To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and data, email adaminnovationsin@gmail.com from the email address on the account. We complete deletion within 30 days.
Children
Quikpair ERP is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will also tell business administrators by email or in the app.
